Privacy Policy

1) What we collect

We collect the location coordinates (latitude/longitude) you submit for analysis, along with an anonymous session identifier stored in an HttpOnly cookie. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the Service.

2) How we use your data

Location data is used solely to run the competition analysis you request. Coordinates may be cached for up to 30 days to improve performance, after which they are deleted.

3) What we do not store

• Raw review text from third-party sources.
• Location coordinates beyond 30 days.
• Personal identifying information (unless you voluntarily provide an email for account recovery).

4) Third-party services

The Service uses Google Maps and Google Places APIs. Data fetched from these services is subject to Google's privacy policy. We store only derived signals (e.g., topic counts), not raw content.

5) Payments

Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). We do not store payment card data. Please review Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment information.

6) Cookies

We use a single HttpOnly cookie to maintain your anonymous session. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

7) Data retention

• place_id: may be stored indefinitely for caching.
• lat/lng: deleted after 30 days.

8) Your rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your session by contacting us.
