1) What the Service does

The Service provides decision-support indicators for location analysis (e.g., competition pressure, opportunity score, confidence score) for cafes, restaurants, and snacks. The Service does not provide guarantees of business success.

2) No guarantees

All outputs are estimates based on publicly available information and third-party data sources. You remain responsible for your business decisions.

3) Third-party services (Maps/Places)

The Service uses third-party mapping and places data providers (e.g., Google Maps/Places). Your use of map features may be subject to third-party terms and policies.

4) User content and inputs

You may input locations, business types, and other parameters. You confirm you have the right to provide any information you submit.

5) Payments and credits

Some features require payment. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy). Credits are consumed when running analyses or unlocking premium outputs, as described at checkout.

6) Refunds and chargebacks

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the checkout provider's policies and the rules displayed at purchase time.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

• automated scraping or excessive requests
• attempting to reverse engineer or bypass limits
• unlawful or harmful activities

8) Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
